Grant Application Form

In order to be eligible for consideration for a Grant from the Gloria C. MacKenzie Foundation, you must:

Be a qualified recipient that is a tax-exempt U.S. organization with charitable purpose stated under section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code

Directly benefit Maine residents, with priority for Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Aroostook counties

Focus on education, vocational training, and/or public non-profit development

All Initial Grant Applications must be postmarked by March 1. They will be reviewed by April 15 to ensure they meet the Foundation’s criteria as well as legal and regulatory compliance requirements. If you are notified that your application has been approved for further consideration, instructions will be sent to proceed with the Final Grant Application.
